Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using AC Smart

Remote Pro ("the app"). The app is published by Sigma Game Developers, Gujarat,

India ("we", "us").

By downloading, installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do

not agree, do not use the app.

1. WHAT THE APP DOES

--------------------

AC Smart Remote Pro turns a phone that has an infrared (IR) blaster into a

remote control for air conditioners. You choose a brand and a remote model, and

the app sends the matching IR commands from your phone to your AC. It also

provides timers, presets, home-screen widgets and a Quick Settings tile.

The app is a utility. It is not a product of, and is not endorsed by, any air

conditioner manufacturer.

2. REQUIREMENTS AND COMPATIBILITY

 * Your phone needs a working IR blaster. Phones without one can install the

   app, but cannot send commands to an AC.

 * An AC reacts only to the codes it understands. We include many brands and

   remote models, but we cannot promise that every AC, model or feature will

   work.

 * Range and angle matter. Point the IR blaster at the AC's receiver, within

   the distance your phone supports.

 * Timers use the Android alarm system. If you do not allow exact alarms, or

   your phone limits background activity, a timer can run late or not run. Do

   not rely on a timer for anything where timing is critical.

3. LICENCE TO USE THE APP

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to

install and use the app on your own devices, for your own non-commercial use,

under these Terms.

You agree not to:

 * copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the app;

 * reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, except where

   the law expressly allows it;

 * remove or change copyright, trademark or other notices;

 * rent, sell, sublicense or distribute the app, or use it to build a

   competing product;

 * interfere with the app, its ads or the services it connects to, including by

   automated or fraudulent clicks or impressions;

 * use the app in a way that breaks the law.

4. SAFE AND SENSIBLE USE

You are responsible for how you operate your air conditioner and other

equipment. In particular:

 * Do not use the app, or leave a timer running, in a way that could be unsafe

   for people, children, pets or property.

 * Check your AC's own manual and safety instructions.

 * Do not point the app at equipment other than the device you mean to control.

 * Always keep the AC's physical remote or controls available as a backup.

5. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The app is free and is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by Google

AdMob. The app also uses Google Firebase for analytics and configuration.

These services are run by third parties and have their own terms and privacy

policies. We are not responsible for ad content, for the sites or apps an ad

leads to, or for the practices of third parties. How data is handled is

described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ATTRIBUTION

The app, its design, name, icon, artwork, text and code are owned by us or our

licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Brand and product names shown in the app (for example the names of air

conditioner manufacturers) belong to their respective owners. They are used only

to tell you which AC a remote model is meant for. Their use does not mean we

are affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those owners.

Some infrared code data in the app is converted from the open-source SmartIR

project (https://github.com/smartHomeHub/SmartIR), which is licensed under the

MIT License, Copyright (c) 2019 Vassilis Panos. The full licence text is

included in the app on its licences page.

Open-source components used by the app remain under their own licences.

7. FEEDBACK

-----------

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without

restriction or payment to you. The feedback form opens your email app; nothing is

sent until you send the message yourself.

8. PRIVACY

----------

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what

information is handled and why. Please read it.

9. UPDATES, AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

------------------------------------

We may update, change, suspend or stop the app, or any feature or brand in it,

at any time and without notice. Updates may be needed for the app to keep

working. We do not promise that the app will be available without interruption

or free of errors.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

----------------------------

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,

EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A

PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY

PARTICULAR AIR CONDITIONER OR PHONE.

We do not guarantee that the app will control your air conditioner, that its

results will be accurate or on time, or that it will be secure or uninterrupted.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,

INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF

PROFITS, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, OR FOR DAMAGE TO ANY AIR CONDITIONER, DEVICE OR

PROPERTY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP,

EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT SUCH DAMAGE IS POSSIBLE.

Where the law does not allow a limitation of liability, our liability is limited

to the smallest amount the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits any

rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. TERMINATION

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end or limit

your access if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should

continue to apply (for example 6, 10, 11 and 14) survive termination.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

--------------------------

We may change these Terms from time to time. The latest version is available at

the link on the app's Google Play listing and inside the app (Settings > Terms &

Conditions). The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. If you

keep using the app after a change, you accept the new Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

-----------------

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law

rules. Where the law of your country gives you consumer rights that cannot be

excluded by contract, those rights are not affected.
